Segway! – One of the Best Things to Do in Branson

If you’re coming to Branson for the first time, we’re excited for you to experience all our fantastic town has to offer! But, as they say, it’s not just the destination, it’s also the journey! So, we’d like to suggest a fun way to “journey” all over Branson. Schedule time for a Segway adventure; we think it’s a really fun thing to do in Branson!

There are a few things to know about Segways. First, it may take a minute to get used to riding one, but once you get a feel for it, it’s really easy. Second, Segway tours in Branson emphasize safety. They’ll teach you how to properly handle the personal transporter before you’re let loose to roam, and they provide protective helmets. And, third, they’re So Much Fun!

One of the most beautiful parts of our community is Dogwood Canyon, a 10,000-acre nature park with fishing, hiking and tons of gorgeous scenery. You can ride horses, bike or even take a wildlife tram tour. Or, you can try the most modern approach and see the park on a Segway tour!  The tours at Dogwood Canyon are guided and take about 90 minutes. You’ll learn the history of the park while taking in all the breathtaking sights.

Another option for a Segway experience is to rent one of the vehicles at Branson Segway and take it out on the free-roaming track, located just one block off Branson’s famous 76 Country Blvd. According to Branson Segway, the track is the only route in the world that was specifically built for Segways. And, bonus, it’ll take you right near us at Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center! Maybe you can stop in for a visit!
