If your non-profit event or need is within 100 miles of Myrtle Beach, SC, please fill out this form at least three weeks in advance. Once approved, you’ll receive two certificates valid for admission to all three attractions in the Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center-Myrtle Beach (total retail value of $109.94).
